With over two decades of experience as a general contractor in the Sea to Sky Corridor, Thomas Chamberland leads Newlines Contracting with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. His dedication to building high-quality homes is matched by his commitment to fostering strong client relationships. A long-time local, Thomas is passionate about skiing, dirt biking, and moto racing, bringing the same enthusiasm and precision to his work as he does to his hobbies.

Since 2012, Gabriel Viel-Côté has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry, with experience in commercial and high-end residential projects. He is committed to innovation, continually seeking to enhance efficiency through the adoption of new technologies and materials. A passionate rock and ice climber, skier, and motorcycle enthusiast, Gabriel deeply appreciates the Squamish lifestyle. Recognizing the area's housing challenges, he is devoted to developing sustainable solutions that align with the community's values.

Mike Legare is a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman known for his focus on quality, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail. A Red Seal carpenter with over a decade of experience, Mike brings both expertise and a commitment to high standards in every project he oversees. A longtime Whistler local, Mike is as passionate about the mountains as he is about his craft, channeling the same drive and discipline he brings to his work into his pursuits as a highly skilled mountain biker, skier, and trials motorcycle enthusiast.

Lead Carpenter

Christian Gagnon

Christian Gagnon, a proud father and longtime Pemberton local, is the powerhouse lead carpenter whose presence on site is unmistakable—he’s known for tackling the work of three people with unmatched efficiency. With a great attitude and a tireless work ethic, Christian elevates every project with his skill and dedication. Outside of carpentry, he’s made a name for himself in the world of quads and snowmobiles, earning recognition and a bit of fame for his impressive achievements in the field.
